在氮气环境中,将17.8克对硝基苯基2,3,4-三-O-乙酰基-β-D-葡萄糖醛酸甲酯糖苷(6a)(40mmol)溶液无水甲醇溶液中,加入4.8克氢氧化锂(200mmoL),室温搅拌4小时,TLC监控进程,Dowex50WX树脂加入中和过量碱,过滤,浓缩得对硝基苯基-β-D-葡萄糖醛酸糖苷,用乙醇重结晶得10.7克白色片状的固体,产率85%。
